AT&T Network Systems, he was
selected to lead the strategic planning
initiative that formed AT&T
Network Systems International Engineering
Group, an assignment that involved
global start up operations in 15
different countries.
During his career, Lin developed
an impressive record of success
in galvanizing diverse working groups
into successful teams. Many of his
views on change and leadership have
been influenced greatly by his experience,
as a leader, in the rapidly changing
world of technology.
After nearly 30 years in the telecommunications
industry, he left AT&T to begin
his career as a professional speaker
and executive coach for corporate
clients. Among his list of clients
